We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
If there is a manufacturing or shipping error, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase, order number, and image that shows the defect. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only defected items are eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Under given circumstances if you need to change or cancel your order, only orders that are canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible, any changes or cancel request will be denied after 24hours.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
